Example: Repositioning through Innovation

A consultancy is faced with a sharp decline in demand for its traditional services. There are plenty of opportunities to address emerging market needs, but the company currently does not have a presence in those markets. To survive, the company will need to reposition.

Ideas-en-Route was hired to activate the repositioning. With the client we designed a development program in which ‘learning networks’¬†create new business in the aspired market areas.
